About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled AI/ML Engineer with 1–2+ years of experience to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, optimizing, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions for real-world applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python and machine learning fundamentals and be interested in working with modern AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.

Responsible For

• • Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models.
  • Prepare, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Perform feature engineering and data preprocessing.
  • Implement supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
  • Evaluate and optimize model performance.
  • Develop AI/ML APIs and integrate models into applications.
  • Work with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Explore and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
  • Work with NLP, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases where applicable.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot deployed ML models.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code.
  • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.

Specific Skills

• 1–2+ years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Good understanding of SQL and databases.
• Experience with Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field. Candidates with strong practical projects, internships, GitHub repositories, or equivalent hands-on experience may also be considered.
