About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable business insights.

You will work with business and technical teams to transform raw data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making.

Responsible For

• • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
  • Use Excel and analytical tools to perform data analysis and reporting.
  • Create meaningful dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting, trend analysis, and business planning activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven processes.
  • Maintain clear documentation of reports, datasets, and analytical processes.

Specific Skills

• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful insights.
• Good understanding of KPIs and business metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
